FEMI ARO

オサカと並び、布に描くドローイングで頭角を現した若手作家。父親も芸術家だったが故タディシ・アデロドゥンに師事し、彼を通じて父親の技法を習得し軽症した。彼の作品にはヨルバ民族の民話や伝統的な風習が多く描かれ、それらに登場するキャラクター達は、実にユーモラスな表情をしている。

Along with O. saka, Aro is one of the new generation artists emerged to the fore with his ink / cyayon drawing on clothes. His father was also an artist but have sied when Aro was still in his childhood. So he went to his father's ex-pupil, Rasidi Adelodun, to lean and to fully inheerit his father's art skills. A lot of his works depict local Yoruban folktales and traditions, and each character that appears in his work have naughty but adorable, humorous faces.
